I went at 7pm on a Sunday and it was pretty dead... i was 1 of 4 ppl there. The guacamole was bland and the chorizo pizza was thrown into a to-go tiny container (with 4 portioned sections. Pretty sad when you ask for it to-go & they have zero regard for your food. The service was below average, especially since they were not busy, is alarming. As a Chef, I wanted to go back in the kitchen and add more seasoning to the food. The price was good, yet throwing food into a container is unacceptable. Save your money & avoid this place unless you have low expectations and dont understand flavor in food. Who does bland guacamole? The pizza is not worth 159+ pesos... it's gross and zero flavor. Literally better off ordering...

Fantastic taproom showcasing the beers of a microbrewery which is based in the suburbs of Merida. There were 8 beers on tap of different styles, some of which are changed every 2-3 weeks, and you can do sampling paddles of 4 beers (100ml servings) to try them all! We also ate there - the burger was cooked to your liking and was delicious and great home cooked fries; there was also a good range of pizzas with more than your average toppings. We loved chatting to one of the owners (Ovidiu ?) who was passionate about beer making, making the taproom an experience (with help from his wife), and working with local suppliers. The decor was charming and inviting. Not crowded at all so it was easy to get a table and get comfortable. I ordered a paddle so I got to try a few beers. The service was great. I feel like beers are all very subjective as people have their own tastes, but I did not like any of the beers. Though, if you like IPAs, stouts or NEIPAs, this place will be perfect for you. If this was based off of just my personal views on the beer, I’d give it a 0/5. But my husband enjoyed his Kolch. He doesn’t like IPAs either so we can’t speak to those.
