Budapest Café Cukrászda — Restaurant in Mexico City

I had an amazing experience at Budapest Café Cukrászda! After a long day exploring Mexico City, this café was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, whether you choose to sit inside or enjoy the fresh air outside.

I ordered a baked and delicious spinach quiche, paired with a rich and bold Turkish coffee, and it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were well-balanced, and the coffee had the perfect depth to complement the meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

Rude staff. They open at 11AM, I arrived at 11:05AM and employee was just opening its doors and had to set the cafe up for the day. This took 30 minutes but we patiently waited because we had nowhere to be. Second employee walks in around 11:30 and I finally walked in and asked if we can order. I was met with uncalled for attitude. How is it my fault that you’re late? Couldn’t even order any espresso drinks, which is why I went there in the first place. I walked out and didn’t get anything. Like at the very least be appreciative of my patience. Appalling...

One of the best espressos in the neighborhood but the cake selection is quite poor and what they offer is not that good. The decor is delicious though. A great place to sit down in front of Lincoln park to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. You'll have trouble finding the entrance! you need to go through "Los Canarios" restaurant and a little mall to actually get to this place and you will have to ask the people around for the entrance. The should at the very least post a sign on the street to let you know...
