I’ve been drinking boba for nearly my entire life and this is NOT boba.

This feels like a cheap knock off imitation of bubble tea.

The prices are outrageously expensive for what it is. I paid 120 pesos for my large boba. That’s nearly $7. And I couldn’t even finish a quarter of my drink…

The menu tricks you into purchasing extra boba for 12 pesos when boba is already included in the drink.

Tea was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. I asked them to simply add milk to it so that its less sweet and they refused at first saying a splash of extra milk would be an extra charge. Then they kept saying milk would make it sweeter even though they told me the milk is sugar free. Then they made me “another one” by literally just adding ice to it and then refused to refund me when all I was asking for was to add milk.

Also the boba was extremely dense and did not taste...

Pésima atención no recomendable , el personal tiene la peor opinión de todos los lugares que conozco, si desean consumir su productos mejor vallan a avenida Amsterdam esquina con Durango está mucho más bonito , amplio el lugar y sobre todo el personal es mil veces mejor que los pelados que tienen en esta local , Por favor no pierdan su alegría tiempo y dinero en estos locales donde los empleados mal tratan a los consumidores.

Yo les terminé regalando el dinero, por que pague los productos pero al ser tan mala la atención decidíwjor retirarme del lugar inclusive ya pagada la cuenta.

Es el peor lugar de la Condesa, no por lo que venden a claro es la peor atención por parte de los empleados están reprobados , de mal gusto y sobretodo hacer un llamado al corporativo a que ponga especial atención en este lugar.

Guardo el ticket 🎫 para que me recuerde que no hay que ir a lugares donde la atención al consumidor es pésima.

Ayudemos a mejorar espero se entere los dueños para que les contemos a detalle como pierden clientes, dinero y sobretodo mala fama, cuiden su imagen.
