I was going as one person on a weekday, didn't know I needed a reservation, no problem they said 20 minutes waiting, so I waited outside then after 20 minutes they said they have a seat available in their location down the block only, ok no problem, I get there and firstly I don't see a single cat, the place is packed with people, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come by and I ask the waiter if there's any cats? He pointed to one up front hiding in a box I see 2 young kids unsupervised being very rough with, then he walked away and banged really loudly on a cabinent by the floor wall I assume cats were hiding in there, this is no way to treat cats especially ones already fearful in rescue, I left immediately with a horrible feeling. Read moreUnfortunately, this cat cafe is not well run. I’ve been to many including those in Japan and the U.S. Our “quick” trip to get cat themed food took over 2 hours. They have 2 locations close by and they may send you to the other if there is space. We were sent to the other one and then told they couldn’t sit a party of 6 at this location and we would have to be split into two tables. The food is mediocre and takes a long time to get. We were not served all together and some of us got our food in 10 minutes while the others got theirs in 40 minutes. We also found a metal fiber from a scrub in the food but at the point we were already disappointed. Overall, the actual cats were friendly but be prepared to be disappointed otherwise. Read moreCalifico lo más neutral posible porque no hay duda que la labor detrás del lugar es bellísima, sin embargo hago está calificación porque no probé la comida ni pude acceder al lugar pues el personal nunca se digno a abrir la puerta, ellos abren desde el interior. Pase veinte minutos esperando, el personal iba y venía en el interior, varias veces me miraron pero nunca preguntaron si iba al café o se dignaron en responder cuando salude y pregunte si podía acceder al café para consumir cuando una chica pasó varias veces frente a la puerta para ir a lo que imaginó es su recepción pues esta a centímetros de la puerta, la chica jamás se digno a responder el saludo o preguntar si era cliente.
Acudí cerca de la una de la tarde, horario en el que según google ya están laborando, no alcance a ver clientes al interior tampoco por lo que tampoco asumiré que estuvieran llenos y si estaba cerrado o no laboraban en ese momento por cualquier razón, lo mínimo era mencionarlo al ver a alguien parado durante varios minutos al exterior. La verdad lamento mucho no haber podido entrar y consumir en el local para apoyar la causa que como amante de los gatos y teniendo cinco rescatados en casa me habría encantado apoyar.
