I’ve been to this place twice within a one week. The first time I was here with a girlfriend and ordered a cocktail, seen in this picture. It was very good and the dessert, which you in this picture, was also good and I like the fact that it was small so the portion was not ridiculous. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the food since I was there with a girlfriend and we were just talking away. I went back for lunch one day because I’ve been to the Taquearte in the Reforma/Juarez neighborhood & I really liked their vegetarian tacos (cactus and mushroom) and their bean soup! No such luck here. The beans were disgusting! They had this slimy meat in them & were super salty. Ewww. I literally left them after 2-3 spoonfuls. The tacos were blah. They didn’t grill the veggies properly or completely, like the other location. I’ve now realized that different Taqueartes have different quality—they aren’t consistent. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Interesting ancient site. Don't forget to take sunscreen, a hat, and water. It's a fairly long walk from one end to the other. The only toilets are when you first enter (they are very clean), and you will find that you can only buy souvenirs once inside the complex, there is no water or food inside. If you want to climb the largest pyramid then be prepared to line up in a long queue for 40 min before you get to climb up. If you go right up to the smaller pyramid at the end you can climb up without waiting, and the view is stil spectacular. Well worth visiting if in Mexico City, I highly recommend it.

Extremely disappointed of this branch. So for me, this used to be one of the best taco franchises in CDMX, but unfortunately they are falling into the gentrification scams. As a taco specialist I DO NOT RECOMMEND to come to this place. They treated me as a tourist trying to give me pastor instead of chorizo, removing the cheese from some dishes I ordered, this was not the waiter’s faul, of course it is the management. Very sad and disappointed about seeing how some place from the city start loosing their essence with the aim of selling more, or just pleas foreigners.

The tacos I ordered were a bit bland and the sauces not very interesting. The portion size is large. The guacamole was not very tasty and I left half of it where normally I never leave any. I was super disappointed with the waitress adding triple the tip I said to her, despite hearing her loud and clear when she repeated the amount to me. When I confronted her she said it was the tip I had told her, but at that point I had already been charged. It’s extremely disappointing to be ripped off as a tourist. It’s disrespectful and dishonest. I will for sure never return to this place and let others know...
