I wish I could give this place 6 stars. The way they prepare seafood is magical. All the dishes are made fresh to-order, which is great for those who, like me, love seafood and have dietary restrictions.
The shrimp caldo for the cocteles was well-balanced, so you can add some heat and/or make it a little saltier if you prefer. I returned for shrimp aquachile rojo, which included a generous portion of sweet and delicious blue shrimp that were cleaned and butterflied perfectly.
I come from a region in the US where seafood is a big industry that people take pride in. You can tell by the high quality of their dishes that the owner(s) and employees at Ceviche Bichi love what they do. Thereâs a lotta love in these mariscos!
Only sorry I always eat it so fast and forget to...

When I was running out of the chips she gave me a refill as well. Both the ceviche and the drink were very good and flavorful. I think if I come again I'll also order water because the combo can make it a little intense and salty. But I still loved it. It is a noisy intersection...
