You probably know this franchise. I have to say the service was great but the food was nothing special except for the cafe con leche, I really liked it. The price of one single piece of pan dulce was $20 pesos and the flavor was nothing special. We were there for breakfast. There was a small line outside de place and we did not have to wait a long time. We got a table outside. Everything was clean and our waitress was very friendly and fast. I ordered huevos al albañil. My friend had an omelette with cheese and ham, a glass of carrot and orange juice. She really liked it all. You will not know until you try. In any case, enjoy Mexico City, it is a great place...

La última vez le di tres estrellas al restaurante, además de comentar las áreas de oportunidad. Lamentablemente, hoy tengo que darle menos estrellas, ya que no solo no veo mejoras, sino que la situación ha empeorado. Hoy, aproximadamente a la una de la tarde, fui a comprar pan para llevar. Pedí una Astorga y la cajera en turno me dijo que no había. Por lo tanto, pedí otro tipo de pan. Justo al terminar de pagar, llegó una charola llena de Astorgas. Al preguntarle a la cajera por qué había dicho que no había, solo se quedó mirándome sin decir nada. Me da la impresión de que en esta sucursal han entrado en un modo de conformismo, sin recapacitar que los negocios, por muy famosos que sean, van perdiendo clientes hasta llegar al punto de no ser rentables. Un ejemplo actual es Sanborns, que se comenta que está a punto de desaparecer.

Fui a comer a las 3 tardaron en atender y tomar la orden más de 20 minutos hasta que fue una señora a tomar las órdenes y lo hizo en postit y de ahí se tardaron otros 30 minutos en llevarnos agua y después llegaron los platillos pedí un huarache con huevo estrellado . Lo llevaron batido la yema derramada en todo el huarache mal servido regresamos el plato hasta que lo llevarán como debe de ser muy mal servicio y para colmo compramos pan para llevar 6 panes diversos .me toma el pedido la cajera y me dices que me espere .habían 4 personas de la empresa platicando y nadie despacho mi pedido estaban cotorreando con el gerente y nadie se movía hasta después que les dije reaccionaron a atender .la verdad falta organización y mejores cocineros no pueden no saben hacer un huevo estrellado???? Algo tan simple no pueden, no lo puedo creo en un restaurante reconocido es lamentablemente adicional a esto en la mesa de a lado tenían un bebé de 2 años y no le proporcionaron silla para niños y algo más en el baño de los hombres no sirve el lavabo porque le robaron la llave y no hay papel y tienen un letrero que si no había jabón o papel que le avisemos al gerente. Ahora resulta que le tenemos que hacer su chamba de limpieza y artículos del baño pésimo nada...
