Chili's Aeropuerto (T2) — Restaurant in Mexico City

I dont understand what other reviews are talking about the service in this place!!?!? BEWARE.Horrible experience. AVOID this place at any cost. Just okay,highly overpriced food and ridiculously amateurish service.Just yesterday I visited this place expecting to enjoy my time waiting for my connecting flight. Arriving there the hostess was totally uninterested watching some TV series on her phone. We checked the menu and got a seat. I asked the service for an english menu. At that point the guy who takes your order and one cleaning/serving guy starting moking me and my girl for not speaking Español. While laughing this cleaning guy dropped his equipment splashing us with water and soap and disappeared without even an apology! Then he brought us our food, WRONG both our plates. We waited another 10 minutes to get the right ones. Noone even smiled at us or apologize for their amateur skills of running a place. End of all? We paid without leaving a tip and the guy who takes orders demanded it from us!!! Just close the place down and let some people who are really passionate and professional to take over even if the prices get doubled. I left without speaking to the manager because NOONE was speaking more than 10 words of english and it seemed like its a home-run business where everyone is more interested to chat to each other...

Yooooo my girlfriend and I ate here 14th March, we ordered a basket of the boneless wings to share and a few hours later she was vomiting every ten minutes, diarrhea later on. Ended up having to take her to the ER because the food poisoning was so bad that she had lost all of her water in her system and couldn’t hold any down. Spent all night and the next day hooked up to an IV. Doctors confirmed it was the chicken (we hadn’t eaten anything else that day). My stomach bothered me as well but I guess I’ve got good tolerance. I’d noticed that the bartenders kept leaving the doors to the beer/beverage fridge ajar. So god knows what’s going on in the kitchen. The whole ordeal ended up costing around $1600 USD (thankfully we were in Mexico, would have been worse in the US). All that and the food sucked and was a total ripoff. Might try to sue for...

If you know Chili’s from the US, it’s nothing like it. It is Packed to the core, the food is disgusting, came out after only 8 minutes and was cold, the fries soggy and I asked to please bring me fresh food. Waiter lady went back and returned with all food reheated in microwave (including salad). I couldn’t even eat it - but yet had to pay full price for nasty, slimy sauce. Needless to say, I got really sick on my way home. BEWARE - do not eat here!!! The food is as bad as it gets! There is many other options out there, even at the airport.
