Unfortunately I had a really bad experience at this location. It had been a long time since I was in Mexico City and had tried their coffee, i took some friends there and we spent some time looking at the menu, there wasn’t anyone in line behind us so We took our time. When we were ready the barista Fernanda was very rude in answering our questions, and wanted to get rid of us. We walked over to the other side of the cafe to sit and about 5 mins later she comes in screaming at us that our coffee was at the bar, we had to pick it up. When I went back I realized she hadn’t given me my receipt and at the front the cafes policy is, if they don’t give you your receipt the coffee is free When I went to get to ask her about this she said “well you left so I didn’t give you the receipt” I told her I was in the same room she could’ve called me over. After trying to reason with her she gave about 3 different excuses of why the policy didn’t apply to me. In the end I was so angry but decided to just leave it because we weren’t getting anywhere. TERRIBLE customer service. The drinks came out wrong. I was embarrassed of taking my friends there. You can get good coffee from other local places and they will treat you better. Read moreI very much like this chain. Apart from it being Mexican instead of USA owned, the coffee is good, the hot chocolate is good, the cakes are good. The staff are friendly and the interiors are bright and welcoming. I just have a small niggle, too much packaging i.e buy a lovely cake and it comes in a box (ok it's cardboard not plastic, but that still needs to use energy to be recycled) and you get a plastic fork wrapped in plastic. Read moreEn la Sucursal de Homero (Polanco CDMX), sucursal a la que acudo cotidianamente como cliente por encontrarse cerca de ki trabao el pasado 15 de julio tuve una MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, al haber pagado mis alimentos los cuales no me fueron entregados por la persona encargada de la barra (srita Christian) argumentando que no se había realizado el pago con mi tarjeta de débito en su terminal (pese a que le mostré la evidencia en mi celular de mi cuenta bancaria en donde se reflejaba la operación y el retiro), al hacerle la reclamación (y pese a que le había mostrado la evidencia del pago) me pidió que llevara un estado de cuenta bancario en donde se reflejara el movimiento (lo cual era imposible de tener en ese momento) indicándole que solo se puede obtener al siguiente mes. Actualmente (ya en el mes de Agosto) solicité y obtuve mi estado de cuenta bancario en donde se refleja el pago realizado y lo lleve a la sucursal mencionada (tal como me fué indicado por la señorita Christian) y la respuesta ahora es que lo debo de ver con el Gerente al cual he ido a buscar en 2 ocasiones y primero me indicó la propia señorita Christian que llegaba a las 12, posteriormente en otra ocasión que llegaba a las 15:00 hrs, por lo que esto ya parece sinceramente una burla, motivo por el cual al no tener una respuesta al respecto publico este comentario esperando que alguien pueda atender esta situación ya que en caso contrario me veré obligado a presentar la queja correspondiente...
