Premium mediocre en su máximo esplendor.

Pésimo servicio. Tuvimos que pedir a tres personas distintas para ser atendidos y recibir una pizza absolutamente mediocre. Tuvimos que pedir tres veces que nos cobraran. Pagamos después de entrar a la función porque no nos atendían y, en efecto, también tuvimos que pedirlo. Literalmente, pudimos irnos sin pagar. La organización es cómica; creo que he visto a niños organizar un puesto de limonadas más eficientemente.

En cuanto al cine, mediocre no es malo; no tiene nada de especial y no cierran las puertas, pueden entrar a la hora que se les dé la gana, quien se les dé la gana, sin importarles el espectador.

Debo mencionar que el staff es amable y nos trató siempre de buena forma, y no considero que sea su culpa, sino de la organización. Es importante mencionar que fuimos en fin de semana y el lugar estaba lleno; quizás con menos gente, la experiencia sea más amena. Pero como cliente, a mí no me interesa si no pueden organizarse con más de tres personas en el recinto. Yo no les pedí abrir un negocio que, literalmente, su objetivo es servir a sus invitados. Deja mucho que desear. Cero ganas de volver y, tanto en cartelera, precios, salas, comida y, sobre todo, servicio, hay muchas mejores opciones. Cero...

I had such a lovely time here. Food and drinks are fantastic, service was a little bit slow when I paid the bill cause they only got one cashier for the restaurant and the movie tickets and for everything.
