Falling Piano Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Mexico City

Let me get this out beforehand, the beer crafted in-house is AMAZING; the different options were all delicious and the place has such a great design and vibe, being there for hours is simply great. I've been here three times and on all occasions the attention was a bit lacking, nothing terrible, just details that make the experience a bit awkward: people in the bar aren't as helpful as they could be when asked questions about the place or the beer, most waiters aren't that friendly aside from the bare minimum and if you think because it says open till 2am means that exactly, nope, at 1.15am they stop serving alcohol and food and they practically start kicking you out by taking everything from your table and bringing you the check and trying to have you pay asap.

It was my experience so maybe just had bad luck so I insist: food, drinks and ambience is GREAT! If you're a fan of drinking different types of beer, it's a must...

El servicio de valet abrió mi guantera y tomó un par de lentes de su estuche. Este servicio de valet no tiene sitio web, y se ponen a buscar que no se declaró al entregar el carro para tomarlo, usando la excusa de que no se hacen responsables, cuando son los únicos manipulando el vehículo. El lugar es muy bueno, buen servicio y buena cerveza. Esta semana fue la segunda vez que visité, todo bien por parte del área de restaurante/cervecería. El problema fue con el valet parking. Dejé mi vehículo con los chicos que dan el servicio, les comenté de un computadora y un celular en la cajuela, efectos de valor. Todo bien. Al salir nuevamente todo bien, me entregan mi vehículo, computadora y celular donde se dejaron. Al día siguiente salgo de viaje, abro la guantera para sacar mis lentes, solo para darme cuenta que no están dentro de su estuche, no están en ninguna parte del carro y al regresar no se encuentran en ninguna parte de la casa. Está fue una de las personas que manejó mi vehículo, no es suposición, es una afirmación. Usé mis lentes ese día Miércoles 17/04/2025, en la mañana camino al trabajo, y al quitármelos los guardé en su estuche en la guantera, no los volví a buscar hasta el día siguiente, cuando ya no los encontré. Nadie más manipuló mi carro o la guantera durante ese periodo de tiempo, y se me hace una falta de respeto que se pague un servicio y ellos mismos decidan robarte, y que sus superiores lo permitan, por qué viendo otros comentarios, esta no es la primera vez que ocurre. Falling Piano dirá que es una empresa a parte, pero su logo y nombre están en el cartel de servicio, la experiencia con este negocio va desde que dejo mi vehículo con quienes ellos me dicen se encuentra seguro, para después enterarme que están revisando los compartimientos y ver que no se mencionó al entregarlo (al parecer necesito que anoten cada uno de los artículos dentro, todo en ese vehículo para mi es de valor, no solo lo “caro”). Falling Piano, ¿cuál es su acción? Es una empresa externa (sin sitio web oficial), pero es parte de los valores y compromiso con sus clientes que ustedes representan. Pongo una calificación baja ya que este es un servicio conectado con ustedes. Personas que dan servicio a sus clientes, aprobados por ustedes, roban a quienes confían su vehículo para entrar a su negocio. Es decepcionante por que el lugar es bueno, pero por este tipo de experiencia no regresaré o recomendaré más el lugar, más sabiendo que ya habían ocurrido incidentes como este y al parecer no se llevó ninguna acción de mejora...

I’m not sure how they get a good reputation in the craft beer world of Mexico City, probably pay for advertising. It was like going to a siren brewery bar (those in the UK know) even if I said Brewdog that would be giving it more props than it deserved. Very commercial and clinical, dead atmosphere, although if you get a window seat it makes it slightly more interesting, but worst of all the beers we had were so bland and boring I could barely finish mine, it felt like a waste of calories.
