Hamburguesas Lucky Paul's — Restaurant in Mexico City

First time we were here was excellent. The vegan quinoa burger is excellent! Food quality is great! However, this time I ordered a chicken burger without cheese, mayo and no milk products, but with ketchup. I got served twice with a Parmesan bread and the third time with a butter toast bread. Always without ketchup where the waitress was not amused at all when I asked for it. I don’t understand why it’s not possible to get a normal burger bun for a chicken burger. It was not complicated what I asked for and I don’t like to feel unwelcome at all for an order that was fine for the waiter but impossible to receive, - but getting blamed that I politely asked for what I ordered. Unfortunately, something that simple turned in a bad experience. And that was not necessary. I prefer to enjoy the meal and I’d have appreciated they read the order the friendly waiter took and wrote down carefully. When we paid for my burger we got charged 125 pesos instead of 90 for the “special order”. So I got charged even more because I asked for the chicken burger without cheese. A pleasant surprise!!!This its a burger joint next to my parents house on Diaz Miron which l always had pass by many times until the other nigth that l was having a good time but all of the sudden got hungry. The place has a dining room behind the counter at the front of the business and the best thing its the variety of burgers and snacks they offer for a fair price for the quality of burgers they serve. I already took my parents to eat there and l highly recommend this place for the after party snack as well as the lunch with the familia , keep it up guys...

Escribo la reseña en este restaurante, aunque nuestra MALA EXPERIENCIA fue en la sucursal San Rafael, pero, segun la excusa que nos dieron, el aumento de precios, se debió a que en ESTA sucursal, aumentaron los precios y por eso , en donde comimos, TAMBIÉN. No se vale que, si la carta dice que el litro de cerveza cuesta 80 pesos, al final la cobren en 110 pesos CADA LITRO!!! No eran 10, 15 pesos mas, eran 30 pesos MAS X CADA CERVEZA!!!!! NO SE VALE QUE ALEJEN A LOS CLIENTES que visitamos este lugar. ESTAS PRACTICAS DESLEALES, solo ahuyentan clientes. DEBEN RESPETAR LOS PRECIOS QUE USTEDES OFRECEN EN EL MENU!!! Supongamos que aumentaron el precio de la cerveza.... ¿en serio le aumentaron 30 pesos al litro de cerveza, ¿¿de hace un mes y medio que fuimos para hoy?? Es exagerado! y peor aún, que no venga el nuevo precio en el menu. No quieran sacar provecho de esa manera, se les van a ir los clientes... La comida es deliciosa! de eso no hay duda, la atención es muy buena! pero ayer, si se pasaron !!! Amamos este lugar... pero ASÍ NO por favor!!

La respuesta del propietario, es mentira. Anexo la foto del Menu que nos dieron ESE DIA, y en ninguna parte dice que hay cervezas de 110 pesos. Podria elegir tomar la cerveza mas cara, siempre y cuando venga en el menu . NO que cambien los precios a su beneficio cuando pides la cuenta. Que mal, que no acepten su error y ofrezcan mejor una disculpa...lo unico que provocan es desconfianza. Saludos tambien al...
