In short : It’s adorable, has decent but overly priced food , and a great tour post dinner but the staff members could do better with their hospitality and customer service. In long: The restaurant is truly beautiful! Every single detail was well thought out and is a girly girls dream!! I visited on a Saturday a little before 6pm and had a short wait. Their menu is digital which I’m not a fan of because it consumes battery. As a tourist I need my battery life to last as long as possible for getting through the city & I didn’t have a strong signal so I asked for a paper menu and they were extremely hesitant about giving me one which was strike one for me with customer service - I ended up using my phone & later watched them give someone a menu. It was full of families celebrating their young daughter’s birthdays and the court yard was full of children running around but was the most beautiful place to sit & .Took 10 minutes for my server to get to me and I ordered coffee, dessert and the risotto and steak, 20 minutes in I got my coffee and dessert and 9 minutes later one entree. Second entree came 18 minutes after I ordered it. The steak and risotto was absolutely delicious but the enmoladas were entirely too sweet for my preference I had to add salt to tolerate them. Checking out to reserve the tour took a long time- 30 minutes waiting on the check which delayed the tour for another 30 minutes so have patience if you’re coming during that time. Server was okay with his mannerism but he left our finished items on the table when he would stop in and we had to ask multiple times for the check. I saw one of the staff members give a family their order and she dropped the top of the child’s sandwich bread, didn’t pick it up or apologize or bring the family another bread top and the bread stayed on the floor which I thought was inconsiderate towards the guests paying a pretty price for simple food. Saw a back of house staff playing around with a kitty paper hat & asked if I could borrow it for a quick picture since she was just goofing around with it and she said no that they’re available at the store for however many pesos - mind you I was there celebrating my own birthday and I saw that they gave them to the kids with birthdays but I didn’t have the opportunity to explain to my server the reason behind my visit so her demeanor and response was certainly distasteful. The lady at the store was helpful and kind though and tied my pricey souvenirs in a pretty bow for me which I appreciated because they didn’t have a wrapping option or even a bag to put them in. The tour was cute , SUPER cute and worth the wait and the woman who was our guide was so wonderful - the best human to human contact I had the entire night. On the way out there was no kindness and warm smiles asking you to come back to see them again or anything. Maybe it’s because I’m an adult but that shouldn’t affect the staff and their kindness towards a paying client. Staff could definitely be better trained on hospitality and not allow decorations and cute plates with bows be the only reason why someone comes to visit. Oh and the bathroom was simple- I was expecting to see more cuteness in there or at least the hand soap in a container other than the original pump bottle 😅

This was a pretty awful experience from the get go we arrived and were told that the wait was an hour and we gladly waited. We came back and asked about our reservation and they told us they had given up our table, upset I kindly asked why they hadn’t called or given us a friendly text and they told us that we had to be in ears range to hear our names. So we waited a bit longer. Our names got called and we finally went in with high hopes and excitement. we were led to a corner table by the back of the restaurant. The server came and presented herself and walked off, 15 minutes later she came back and we ordered two cakes and two drinks. The drinks took forever and the cakes cost 220$ for a plastic cup full of crème. It was a birthday reservation so we expected some kind message or at least a happy birthday but nothing. Other tables got a nice song and a paper crown. Please do your self a favor and skip the food and drinks I had a really bad time and it took us 3:30 to get in and out. Service was so bad and attitude so wrong for people who want to make fans of hello kitty feel at home and comfortable. I honestly feel worse going out than I did before I went in!! Get your restaurant and service together and make this an enjoyable experience for us hello kitty lovers !! Hello kitty is about being kind and loving, we didn’t receive that at all. The place is awesome but the staff ruined the experience. The food is worse than bad. Below I posted a picture of the 220$ cup of crème.. thats criminal. Get your staff trained and get a better chef. Lack of accountability and love for the image of hello kitty.

I will start with I would not return to this establishment. And I do not recommend this place for a meal. Maybe for drinks and pictures ONLY! This place has poor management (micromanage, lack of communication skills and doesn’t act on feedback) With that said: My 16 year old daughter found this place on Instagram and wanted to check it out. The hostess and waitress were great and accommodating even when we asked to move tables. My daughter asked for the sliders and was told that they were out. She looked through the menu quickly and settled for some pasta. We received our order and it was bland. I asked for some black pepper and was told they only had salt. I ended up using some spicy salsa (from another person at our table) to improve the taste. I asked the rest of our table how their food tasted, and they said it was ok/nothing to comeback or brag about. We look up as we are eating and the table next to us received their order of sliders. I asked the waitress and the manager came to our table and informed us that they had just received the sliders and that we had just missed it. No apologies. No comp. Nothing else. We finish and pay for our meal and head over to the gift shop. My daughter got a bit upset looking at the items and I saw the manager and explained the situation. He did not have a response. I told him that his excuse for not having the sliders for my daughter was not ok. Needless to say, he did not budge on offering one item to make up for the mishap. I was so upset and walked out. *the note that came with my google review: 🤦‍♀️
