La Terraza de Génova — Restaurant in Mexico City

This place is a disgrace. We started by ordering buckets of beer . Eventually we wanted to use the restroom and went through all three floors , and there was no running water to wash our hands . We to the “kitchen” and asked to wash our hands in their sink, and they gave us A CUP OF WATER SCOOPED UP FROM THEIR DIRTY DISH WATER. We IMMEDIATELY asked to close our tab so we can leave . We were immediately met with a hostile employee with a SKI SMASK!!!!! I asked him for my tab , and he asked me for personal information so he can send me my tab 3 days later. MY TAB WAS A HANDWRITTEN PAPER THAN ONLY SHOWED MY TOTAL. He then took off his mask and asked me if I had a problem…. I never asked to be reimbursed for the 25/30 beers we left UNTOUCHED. Rip off! Service was terrible! I don't recommend this place. DON'T GO! The drinks were warm I ordered a beer and it was super warm, my friend ordered a paloma it didnt have any alcohol at all! The waitress was rude! She added her tip to the bill and did not once go to our table to ask if we needed anything else. Nothing but SCAM. My advice is not to go, but if you go always ask about price before ordering. We ordered Margaritas and expected to get normal size drinks. We got drinks in size of one liter. Drinks had no taste of alcohol. Probably only softdrink and ice. And when we got bill price was 250 pesos each drink + 100 for service. We got no explanation why it was so much more than drinks which was priced on the list.
