Disappointing. It was our last night in Mexico City and we wanted to try the Chiles en Nogada, which they advertised outside. It wasn’t on the menu when we asked but I was told that they could make it. Unfortunately it wasn’t to our liking. We were charged 420 pesos each for this dish! Later on I saw other reviews saying that they paid 160 pesos instead. We were completely ripped off! I don’t understand why we were charged so much more. The waiter also sold us a mango and mint drink, which was massively overpriced compared to other soft drinks. I should have asked the price when ordering, but it seemed like it would be a reasonable place. Avoid at all costs. Very expensive, easily the most expensive meal we ate in Mexico. We realized we made a mistake when we showed up and it was completely empty. We were lured in by the pictures of the chile en nogado posted on their reviews, but we think they are just posting this to lure in tourists. It’s not on the menu. Additionally, the water costs 50 pesos for a small, warm bottle. It advertises one free refill. I asked for a refill and they laughed at me lol? Overpriced and not even close to worth it. Highly Recommend Me and my family dined here a bit before the dinner rush and greatly enjoyed it. We got Enchiladas (mole), Enfrijoladas (Bean covered Enchiladas which I recommend), Tacos, and Enchiladas (rojo) Overall the food was delicious and the salsas good too.
