Harimgak — Restaurant in Mexico City

It was three years ago when I first tried this place, it is a good option if you are looking for a place to leave your belly full. I visited on a weekday so the staff's attention was good. However, my partner and I visited yesterday and the experience was completely different. I understand the hour -1800h- and the day -Saturday- make it complicated for the waiters to be everywhere at once, but as a customer I felt unattended when I asked my waiter if he could tell me what beverages were available and he said that he would give us free water and a coke. I thought I could order something other than coke, but his fast demeanor made it next to impossible to ask him for another drinking option. Plus, the two waiters started getting all the orders wrong and were presenting our table with different dishes every five minutes, none of them being the ones we ordered. So... Decent Korean food but for a hefty price. Despite the simple decor, this place will have you spilling pesos faster than you can say 'tortilla break'. I only order Jajangmyeon for that very reason. It's the cheapest thing on the menu at 140 pesos. It was tasty, but lacking some real authentic flare - just straight noodles with sauce. Anyone who's had the real thing with notice a few things missing, like the desk cucumbers and peanuts, and the fact that it's hot instead of cold. 🚩🚩 NO RECOMENDABLE🚩🚩 Por mi ni una estrella le ponía, su calificación es -10!! Muy mala experiencia fuimos a comer por primera vez ahí y no pensamos regresar por el mal servicio del personal. Comprendo que es un lugar de tres pisos pero solo tres meseros!!! nos sentamos en un cuarto en dónde había tres mesas en el 2 piso esperamos 20 minutos y nadie nos tomó la orden nos cambiamos al cuarto de enfrente y el mesero nos hizo cara porque de ese lado estaba lleno (POR CIERTO EN ESTOS 20 MINUTOS NADIE LIMPIO LAS MESAS VACÍAS, LLENAS DE PLATOS SUCIOS, ADEMÁS EN EL SEGUNDO CUARTO HABÍA 15 PERSONAS EN UN ESPACIO PEQUEÑO, ENCERRADO Y SIN VENTILACIÓN). Fui a preguntar quien me tomaría la orden y su respuesta de los dos meseros encargados de la parte de arriba fue "Uy señorita hay mucha gente me voy a tardar en tomar la orden" nunca nos tomaron la orden. Nos fuimos a las mesas de la calle y fue peor la respuesta la mesesera ahí fue "vayan a los otros pisos hay lugar" le explicamos que nadie nos tomó la orden en 20 minutos y nos hizo el comentario "yo tengo mucho trabajo y me voy a tardar" NO PUEDE SER POSIBLE QUE EN NINGÚN MOMENTO NOS HAYAN INDICADO TIEMPO DE ESPERA y/o SERVICIO.
