The best Korean restaurant in Zona Rosa, Mexico I am a huge fan of Korean food. I love all Asian food in general and I have a lot of experience with them. That said, Soru is the best Korean restaurant I have ever been to. It actually is not 100% Korean, half Korean and half Japanese. At first I imagined it would be a bit confusing for the Westerners, but it actually could be better for those who have had Japanese food before but not Korean. Every dish in Soru seems all cooked and supervised by the lady owner who I assume is Korean. She looked classy but was also very kind. Her Spanish has an accent but she tries very hard to entertain us with the food knowledge. Soru has both Japanese and Korean dishes, but her Korean dishes were exquisite. They tasted very fresh and real deep Korean, not those fake Asian plates. However I think she tried to make them so westerners could ease into them, not too spicy or strong. Huge respect for Soru for making great Korean food in a different environment with different ingredients. I do not care about the price if the dishes are this serious and I would recommend ordering several dishes and having a small buffet among your group to taste several dishes, even better get recommendations from the owner. I will definitely come back with family and taste all of Soru's dishes. See you soon From sean!

Every member of our family loved every single dish here. It's not a huge fancy restaurant but it's very very romantic. The design and the mood is very beautiful at dinner time. Every dish was very tasty without a doubt. They were delicate and not too strong of a taste, each taste was better than the last. We had some sushi, kimbab, and fried shrimps. They felt healthy and delicious at the same time. We also had a couple of Japanese soups, salty and strong but in a good way. Soups helped us digest a lot of the rice and other stuff. The service was great. Everyone was helpful and kind. Expecially the owner lady was very cool and beautiful. She was also helpful with us choosing and understanding the menu. We were a family of 4 so we were able to taste different dishes which was great because there is a big variety of dishes here. Thank you Ines, we will meet you again very soon! Take care everyone!

The service was really good, given that there was only two more persons at the patio as well. The food came out in a suitable amount of time and served sizzling hot. The flavor for all the plates were there. Tteokbokki- the flavor was there, the spiciness was definitely present which is to my liking. There could have been more fish cakes. The rice cakes were pretty big a little smaller would make the bite better. Japchae-Really tasty a little bit watery. Steak Filet-really well marinated, it was well done to my liking (might be too overdone to others liking *shrug*) Bibimbap-the egg was given as is and the choice for fried egg wasn’t given
