This is one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Not only are the pastries cooked perfectly but they are also unique and have their own twist that makes them stand out from each other. The blueberry fennel ficcaccia is crispy on the outside with the fennel adding an interesting great twist. The blueberries cut it with a bit of acidity and the inside is light and fluffy. The lemon donut was tangy and sweet but not too much of either. It had a tone of filling too so it was busting out when we took a bite. The cherry tomato ficcachia was the perfect savory dish. Just like the blueberries, the cherry tomato added a nice acidity that balanced out well with the fluffy oily ficcacia. The coconut cappuccino was rich and creamy with great coconut flavor without feeling overly sweet.

Seen how busy this place can get on TikTok, we visited on a weekday for brunch and managed to get seating, there was a nice small wooden seating section outside. I ordered the cold brew which was amazing, there was some sort of carrot and spice in it to give it a different kick, we ordered an assortment of different pastries and as popular as the guava roll is (yes we ordered it twice) my favourite pastry was the cream and blackberry pastry which you fold in half, perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The corned beef sourdough sandwich was also a delicious savoury snack. Highly recommend. Love the unique twists they add to their menu- adds an extra bit of surprise and delight to what we originally expect

Finally made it over to this place after being in CDMX for 3 weeks. After reading the reviews I decided to go early in the morning on a Thursday. I got there around 7:45am. I would say by 8:00am there were no more tables and the place was filling up. I hade the tomato and goat cheese quiche which was fantastic. It was truly the perfect texture. I also had the guava pastry and as a person who LOVES guava and cheese, I won’t lie I was a little underwhelmed but I would still suggest someone to try it. I was absolutely blown away by the fig donut though. That was the star of the show and I would without a doubt come back for that.

25th september 2024 La Panderia 240 Pueblo street mexico city Panderia is the first cafe i find myself sitting inside of in Mexico city, the beautiful outdoor seating surrounded with local trees and planter boxes creates an inviting and almost alive" area to sit; whether or not its raining thanks to the roofed pergola and indoor seats. Inside has a warmth around it, the wooden cabinetry with simple yet ample lighting; giving the illusion of your own place of privacy. They use a locally roasted coffee called R.O.S.E.T.T.A which boasts an abundant rich yet sweetness and seats around 17 people providing a wide selection of freshly made patisseries and sweet treats. The coffee was warm and rich|with a complex sweetness of cocoa nib, candied apricots and a light citrus note reminiscent with fresh grapefruit which is complimented by a bright yet not intrusive acidity. Its a local spot, frequented by neighboring business workers or people living...

It was tasty but not as amazing as some reviews state. Bit tricky to figure out what items/flavors were currently available for take out, as there isn't a list visible outside and not everything in the cases has labels.

The guava pastry was good but not outstanding, and I typically love fruit pastries. I wanted to try the cinnamon roll but they were out, got the cardamom version of the cinnamon roll instead, which was actually really excellent, just the right amount of cardamom without it being overwhelming.

I would come back on a weekday and try to decipher the menu better. Sad I apparently missed a fig donut.

On a weekend there was 10 mins of standing in line on the sidewalk even for take away, and a (crazy? drunk? high?) woman came along and shouted at everyone for a bit, which was unpleasant. Staff...
