Pozo Ramen — Restaurant in Mexico City

Surprised by the high ratings—this was one of the least “ramen-like” experiences I’ve had. We waited 45 minutes to be served, and even then one dish was forgotten, and the one that did arrive came with onions despite having clearly asked without. Both my partner’s ramen and my udon were overcooked, and the presentation was quite messy. The gyozas arrived already broken, floating in a small bowl of soup… again with onions. The two staff members seemed to switch between cooking and serving, but neither gave much confidence they knew what they were doing. A disappointing...
