I say very clearly multiple times no syrup no sugar, person makes drink wrong, pours out, puts more syrup before pouring out & then 3rd time makes drink using same cup that tastes like syrup sugar

No le dieron acceso al baño a mi amiga con problemas motrices. Antes de retiranos pedimos acceso al baño del primer piso, la señorita nos dijo que ya estaba cerrado, pues ya casi cerraban la sucursal, le explicamos que estaba enferma y con actitud por demás indiferente, contesto pues vaya al de arriba. Es así su trato ético ? La calidad humana que dicen, dar a sus empleados con su manual de gran cadena, que usan para evitar estas cosas, en la gente que contratan? Deja mucho que desear. Les aseguro que en cualquier otro cafecito de la zona , no nos hacen esto. Se acabó Starbucks. De nada sirve toda su publicidad, calidad y demás de la tanto hacer marketing. Si van a tratar...
