Got off the tour bus and started walking around the Chapultepec park and right when you come in from the main avenue, there is this Starbucks, so it is visible. The decoration is modern and chic. The music was relaxing while I waited in line. I only had to wait for one person in front of me and I tried the Cajeta Frap and it was awesome. ( just try it ) also another time I got the Flat White, both were good, the service on one of the times was from Ramiro and he offered information about the drink. The washroom is behind the building so a bit tricky. Got to enjoy the space, a random guy came around asking people for money and without permission, hope they get rid of that guy, I only saw him once. Back at the review, I had a good experience , service, food. Oh and as for the WIFI, it worked well for me.

Hey there! So, I checked out the Starbucks in Chapultepec, and I've got to be real with you—it's pretty much like any other Starbucks. 😄 I totally get why you were intrigued after seeing that majestic-looking post on IG, but in reality, it's nothing too extraordinary.

Sure, the open area is nice, but honestly, it's not that big of a deal. When we visited on a Sunday, it was packed with people, and the noise level was quite high.

The most disappointing part was that their oven wasn't working that day, which meant we couldn't get the delicious snack we were craving. It's a bummer when a simple thing like that isn't taken care of, especially in such a busy location.

But hey, I've got some unfiltered pictures for you, so you can see what it's really like! 😉 In the end, it's just your average Starbucks experience, so no need to go in with high expectations. Enjoy your coffee...

The location, architecture and seating all look great.

Negatives: There is no bathroom, only a public pay toilet. They took three tries to get my order to even close to correct. The first person misunderstood matcha vs coffee frappe, and then the errors compounded as the next person did not notate the next cup correctly and once the finally were able to just make a matcha frappe. I just took it, thanked them, tasted it, and gave up. Missing syrup flavor, and a hint of coffee remains.

I think some retraining is needed here. My Spanish isn’t great. But using what I do know. I’ve successfully ordered this drink several times at other places...

Beautiful Starbucks I love the open concept of this Starbucks. It’s beautiful and feels relaxing. They have different kinds of seating options from stools, to chairs to swings. It’s typically packed because of its location connecting to the park but I’d imagine that earlier mornings would be great when there is less people. I ordered simple stuff and they were just fine and service was the same. Oh, there are bees. The locals seemed unbothered about them but they were just flying around and so close, that got me a bit scared lol. There is wifi, i don’t think it’s the best but it works.
