Esperanza — Local services in Mexico City

The bakery was clean , pastries were placed very neatly . I had better bread and coffee . They did have a great selection . Were i was disappointed was with the staff behind the counter. There was a male representative that was rude. It’s like a was not a guest at the establishment. He keep asking if I was the only one ordering I told him that we were una group we were all selecting our bread. I could tell me was upset . I asked him if I could use the restroom to wash my hands . He asked his manager if I could use a sink behind the counter . The manager said it was fine but I never saw the manager . I asked for soap but they claim they did not have soap !!! I return to the table my sister in law asked for The sink to wash her hands and she heard the people behind the counter giggling be usar we wanted to wash our hands . Delicious bread & desserts!!! My favorite are the cookie 🍪 muffins. So yummy! & prices are so fair as well. Definitely a must visit!!!
