Wings T1 — Restaurant in Mexico City

Un asco cada vez va de mal en peor esta cadena . Por lo Menos Wings planta baja terminal 1. Mejor que cierren . Su servicio es malo 🙅‍♀️ Desde el chef el mesero la hostess la gerente . Todos están en un ambiente de mediocridad absoluta . Hasta se ríen de sus clientes. Les contaré mi experiencia : Entré y la Hoste me dio la peor mesa . Le dije que esa no 👎 hizo jeta . Luego llegó un mesero y me dijo ahorita la atiendo ….. pasaron 10 minutos y nada pero bien bueno el chisme hasta el fondo . Con la mesera y otros dos más la gerente . Cuando me ve la gerente se acerca y le pido crema de poblano . ( me llega consomé de pollo ) y yo dije ok ../ no hagas corajes . Entonces solo le dije al mesero era poblano . Contesto si quiere se la cambio . Yo le dije no está bien ntp ! Llegan unas flautas 🪈 de pollo con aguacate negro . Mi pregunta es ??? El chef lo sirve negro . El mesero lo lleva negro . A la mesa . Llega a la mesa de inmediato lo regrese . Le dije al mesero si yo veo que está negro el aguacate 🥑 ( porque tú no lo vez ) o vemos dos cosas diferentes . Con mueca se lo llevo . QUE CREENNN me trajeron el mismo aguacate podrido . Ya sin lo negro . Obvio 🙄 le dije a la mesera y a la gerente que que burla . Dijeron le ofrezco disculpas . Y yo si está bien . Porque desde la cocina sale mal todo y todos incubren . La gerente amablemente me ofreció un café de compensación . Al final le dije no tomo café ☕️. Deme la cuenta por favor 🙏 y fue por la cuenta 😂. Algo le funcionó en esa mediocridad . Y dijo no se le cobrará …. Y yo pensé pues menos mal . ( obvio no regreso ) además que 🤢 🤮 de servicio y dese la cocina sale podrida la comida . Y así se lo permiten todos . Quien está mal ? No l chef? Los meseros ? La gerente ?...

I enjoyed the food, and overall the staff was friendly. I did not appreciate the constant upselling of products. If I've ordered I know what I want. Please don't keep asking if I want to add items to my bill. Also I didn't appreciate the overpriced plushies presented to my children at the end that made me feel obligated to purchase them when they absolutely wanted them. I'm at a restaurant, not a retail place. These tactics are fine at a buffet, or if it's included in the price of the experience and not a growing tally on a bill. I'll probably...

I ordered a juice with spinach and lemon. It arrives in 2 mins which made me wondered how fast they prepared. The result: a drink full of sugar that is not freshly prepared. So I ask the waiter if I can get another one without sugar, the waiter said yes but brought me exactly the same drink full of sugar.

Why do you want to sell healthy juice if you destroy it by adding 1 kg of sugar ? If doesn't make any sence. No wonder why mexico is the most diabetic country...
