Starbucks Salón Ejecutivo T1 AICM — Restaurant in Mexico City

Was a great place until narcissistic boys tried to run it into the ground, tried to grab my usual coffee here but the little boys behind the counter decided to go against the franchise and blasted gang music instead and I always felt welcome here before but for the first time ever I saw a policewoman escort a man out and noticed it's actually over run by men who looked like they know gang music and gang attire. I'm so sorry to the owner because, as an expat who travels the world and has been to Starbucks in France and Greece, this Mexico Starbucks went downhill as soon as little boys thought they "owned" it, plus women are the most loyal customers so you know that they made a mistake because I could afford to pay for my big meals, as a solo world traveler and ex pat I'll make sure my friends won't return unless we see less and preferably no narcissistic men working behind the till, because the women are lovely as always but not in command. I faced a long delayed flight during Christmas (2022/12/25) and I found Starbucks this place when I think about how to go to my hostel at late midnight. Staff is kind and friendly and they tried to understand my order so hard and carefully. (I speak English but I couldn’t speak Spanish) They made a perfect English breakfast tea latte for me (after I checked Starbucks Mexico website and I noticed they doesn’t sell tea latte with English breakfast but they tried to make it for me) they are so gentleperson. Also this place is so convenient and comfortable for people who need overlaying or staying over night. There are free wifi and outlets and USB for charge phone, laptop and tablet. I really impressed their work! and definitely visit this place again if I go to Mexico even if I don’t have to need to stay overnight at the airport.

Me enfrenté a un vuelo muy retrasado durante la Navidad (2022/12/25) y encontré Starbucks este lugar cuando pienso en cómo salir de mi albergue a altas horas de la medianoche. El personal es amable y simpático y trataron de entender mi pedido con cuidado. (Hablo Inglés, pero no podía hablar español) Hicieron un té con leche perfecta para mí (después de comprobar Starbucks México sitio web y me di cuenta de que no vende té con leche con desayuno Inglés, pero trataron de hacer para mí) son tan gentleperson. También este lugar es tan conveniente y cómodo para las personas que necesitan superponer o pasar la noche. Hay wifi gratuito y tomas de corriente y USB para cargar el teléfono, ordenador portátil y tableta. Big enough, located on the second floor near Door 2 (little difficult to find), escalators available to get in. The staff is not friendly and the manager is really rude, they made a mistake on my order and had to credit money back, she took a while to do it and while she was doing it, was giving me the look as if it was my fault, after I asked for napkins and such and she wouldn’t say anything or look at me....
