Zangue Paella Familiar is the epitome of a small family business. Mom cooks, dad greets, and the son translates. Heaping mounds of paella are served by the kilo. It is delicious. Only open on weekends, we were there at 1:00 and enjoyed the place to ourselves. There are only three tables. Dining at Zangue Paella Familiar is a charming experience and adds to the wonderment of travel.

Hasta que por fin se hace una paella sin arroz seco y con suficiente carne de cerdo, butifarra, camarones, mejillones, almejas, ejotes, langostinos y alcachofas. Mixta como debe ser. No me vengan con que solo mariscos, Valenciana mixta es la hostia. Y las galletas de Redvelvet con mermelada de chabacano y queso de cabra, ¡ufff!

Tuve la suerte de comer ahí hoy. La paella está muy rica, el precio es accesible. Pero lo mejor fue la atención de las personas. La platica que ni era conmigo pero que te hacían sentir bienvenido. Tienen pocas mesas pero hay servicio para llevar. Muy recomendable. Ojalá no cambien porque fue muy agradable ir.
