Cacao Mexican chocolate — Restaurant in Morelos

Tasty cakes and cocoa. It’s to a little more expensive place however the quality of the cakes and brownie is excellent, so it’s worth it. BUT when we bought a whole cake, we were disappointed with the cheap package it had. The package is made from very cheap material, it doesn’t remain closed and it’s very delicate. They should definitely invest in the package for their cakes. Also we wanted to drink our cocoa inside but they have white lights there, which is only used in offices to keep people alert for the work. In restaurants and cozy places its necessary to use warm/yellow light that brings relaxation. We took our order to go but would love to stay and enjoy it there if they change...

Nice tranquil place in the heart of downtown. Used to have lovely decorations - now all a bit dull - lost their spark. High quality organic cacao from Oaxaca - just to be combined with cheap, toxic white industrial sugar to make their chocolates, truffles etc. What's the point? We asked repeatedly if they could use a more natural sugar like piloncillo in their chocolate creations - even for a special order. Unfortunately not possible 😕. The Mocha is horribly sweet - the last one I couldn't even drink - it was such a sugar brew. It was just shrugged off by the employees... Sorry, not...

Great place to enjoy some chocolate treats. This store is based in Cuernavaca but sells chocolate treats in Tepoztlan. You sit at the cafe and order chocolate drinks, food, or chocolate treats or you can go up to a counter and get treats to go. Kind of pricey but good nonetheless.
