We dropped into terrazza 360 whilst wandering around tepoztlan. The restaurant has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
We were served by the very friendly and helpful Daniel Hernandez, and had the tabla de quesos as a starter. This came with fruits, ham, and cheeses including blue cheese, goats cheese, brie, mozzarella, and a few others I'm not familiar with. It was fantastic. For main course we had the filete de lomo de res, which came with papas fritas, fried onions, and fried chilies - this was extremely well prepared and tasted fantastic. We also had filete cacho pepe, which was flambed at the table with impressive panache and flames. This came with a pepper butter cheese sauce, and mashed potato with bacon bits. Again, this was beautifully cooked.
I would definitely come here again. The service was excellent, the food was excellent. As we came quite late in the day on a public holiday the place was quiet, but the music was tasteful and not too loud, and I can see how it would have a great...
Read moreI had the opportunity to experience terraza 360. I went for breakfast with business associates. I had the omelette and my associates had the chilaquiles 360 with sirloin, but it turned out to be rib meat, and it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I had the omelette with tomatoes and, Cheese which was small and my other associate ordered the french omlette that did not come with the goat cheese, and honestly I get a better omlette at IHOP for less money. The coffee was hit or miss with house coffee and regular coffee. In my opinion I would not return for the breakfast. Not worth spending the money. The service was great and i got the feeling the servers knew the food was not at average.. the view of the terraza is exceptional, maybe go for drinks on a nice evening. What lacked is the details to ensure a good Customer experience with food which did not exist. I ask my self would I come back and the answer is no. Now that is just my opinion. You can try it and come to your...
Read moreThe view is worth a cocktail or appetizer ... but the high in picante steak was lousy, chewy and not cooked to order :-( If you're going to get meat get the filet on the shish kabob , it is half the price and way better. ...
I ordered the recommended drink special - 2 mezcal drinks for one, but I sat for an entire dinner till I had to flag down the staff for the second one, which was good but not worth the wait.
The place was not busy, we had a party of 10, saw a few l birthdays which would be fun to enjoy here because of the atmosphere, but again their highest end and most expensive food I was hoping to enjoy was 1 out of 10...
I suggest to get a side of fries and a...
