Casa Paraíso Pizza & Bar — Restaurant in Nayarit

I was disappointed with this restaurant and wouldn’t go again. This place needs to further their knowledge on different diets other than the mainstream and were not accommodating. I’m plant based and my friend and I ordered guac as an app to share and on the menu it describes every ingredient in the guac and then it ended up coming with cheese in it which wasnt shown on the menu so I couldn’t eat our appetizer. for my entree I ordered the vegan bowl it lists every ingredient on the menu and then it says the bowl comes with salad dressing. When the bowl arrived the salad dressing that comes with the bowl is ranch, which is a milk based dressing and is not vegan for an entree advertised as vegan. I told my server and after waiting so long for him to ask for a substitute dressing I went down to the kitchen myself and asked for another dressing that is vegan and they said they don’t have any so I had to eat the bowl with no sauce or seasonings just different ingredients on a bed of rice. Honestly they just seemed not to care. Later I asked another girl who works there if they at least have hot sauce so she described a chili oil to me that she ordered for me and brought to me she was really nice but then at the end I was charged for the chili oil when considering they already gave me a dressing that is not actually vegan and I couldn’t even eat the least they could do hospitality wise is to not charge for the chili oil... also the server never once came to the table to ask if everything was okay with our meals so through all of this I had to leave my table and walk up to the bar to ask/ talk to them when I had a problem with my food. Also at the beginning we had to wait so long to order. Overall service very sub par!! It’s 2024 not everyone wants to eat products that come from cruelty to animals the least you could do it just figure out one item...

I had a great experience, the food was really delicious. I booked the hostel with the breakfast included. You get a lot of food really nice fruits with yoghurt and you have a choice out of three options which changes everyday! The bar at night is also really great, and not to loud most of the nights I go for a couple of drinks and read my book with an amazing look at the ocean and at night the lights of the town. The staff at the bar seem to be really enjoying there work and are very nice and make very tasty drinks even during happy hour!

Adrianna was a great help with the breakfast she is very kind and always happy and smiling! Thank you! It makes the morning a whole lot better! I would definitely recommend it.

Haven’t had this bad of food since I was stuck in the Orlando airport in 2015. Lot’s of amazing food in Sayulita yet this place has figured out how to cheat on google reviews and get a full 5 stars. Location has a good view but the food was nearly inedible. My daughter ordered pasta and it came with slices of stale bread which were soaked in what I can only assume was deep fryer oil and then dusted with garlic salt. My wife’s burrito was filled with expired lettuce and flavorless chicken. We also ordered a tuna tartare that tasted old and sour—not in a limey yum way. Avoid this place if you have any amount or self respect. If you are forced to come here by travel partner who was scammed by the fake reviews, stay for the view, but only...
