Service was great, but only 4 stars because of wait-times, it was packed though, so relatively speaking if Food & Atmosphere are 5's, that means they are as good as it gets, so a 4 for Service is still really good. We were there for Christmas dinner and we started at the bar for 2-for-1 margaritas - let's just say they were legit, regardless of price. We then had the creamy mezcal corn soup and it was really nice. My wife got a prosecco drink and I got the Chaman cocktail, both were superb, mine a bit more so... Whatever the kids got, they loved haha I honestly don't even know because I was in heaven with one of the best steaks I ever had. The ribeye was perfect. My wife had a the tuna, she loved it. Throw in some tequila and mezcal, we were there for a long time, having a great time... The atmosphere is amazing, especially since they had a live band, it was a party with everyone talking to everyone, meeting people from all over the world, kids running around... Highly...

As someone who’s worked in hospitality for years—and who is married to someone that used to call this little town home—I don’t hand out praise lightly. But this place deserves every word.
In tourist towns, it’s easy to find restaurants that look the part but forget the soul. This one has both—the kind of place that welcomes you in like a local, whether you are or not. The clean and tasteful design with a spacious layout gives it an intimate yet unpretentious vibe. The staff are pros, but more importantly, they care. What stood out most to me, though, was the vibe. It’s not trying too hard. It’s just right. The kind of spot that makes locals proud and visitors feel lucky they stumbled in. Thank you to Rama for recommending the...
Read moreLet me start with the positive: the service is excellent and the coffee is really good. Atmosphere is also super nice. That's all the positive. For me in a restaurant food is the most important and that is where i got so disappointed. In fact this was the worst meal i had during my stay in mexico. I ordered rancheros for breakfast - i got two dry tortillas, two eggs that were supposed to be poached, but they were just hard boiled, on top a very simple tomatoe sause (maybe from a can?). Some potatoes on the side. All very plain, heartless, tasteless and small. I paid 190 pesos for the dish and a coffee latte which is overpriced even for sayulita. What you pay here for is the shine (as i said really good service and the atmosphere is super nice too) but not the content (for me is the most important, the food!). Will i ever...
