While visiting Sayulata for a week I had my best meal here. The tostadas were fantastic, particularly the tuna tostada. It had bright fresh tuna ceviche cubes mixed in with some tiny cubes of watermelon on a sparse bed of apple shavings and pickled onions and covered all over in citrus and to make it savory and fresh. It was served heaping full with a side basket of tostada crisps so you really get something like 4 for 1 tostadas. A nice touch was sesame seeds baked into the tortilla. It's down a nondescript side street that you wouldn't normally think to go down, but my girlfriend and I were hungry, and on the prowl for someplace away from the beach. Before the meal, they serve home made tortilla chips, with 3 home made salsas (two two hot(ish) ones, and a sweet mango one). The marlin tacos were amazing, and very reasonably priced. Ordered 3, then ordered 3 more since they were so good. My girlfriend is a vegetarian, and they gladly made her a vegetarian burrito, which she loved just as much.
