I can’t say enough great things about Jude Bistro & Bar! After a successful day of fishing, we brought in our freshly caught Mahi Mahi, and they went above and beyond by offering to cook it for us. The result? The best fish dish I’ve ever had! It was perfectly garlicky and buttery, and the flavors were just out of this world. You can tell they know their way around fresh seafood.

Shoutout to our amazing waiter, Carlos, who made the whole experience even better! He was attentive, friendly, and took great care of us. Not only was the food incredible, but Carlos and the rest of the staff were also beyond accommodating. They even charged my phone while we dined, which was such a kind gesture. Outstanding, once you figure out the secret to getting in to this lovely beach restaurant. It is now a pretty big hassle to get in to Jude--no more going to this beach restaurant if you're on the beach, there is some security rigmarole. Once that's done, the people are super nice. Shout out to Nancy, she is the friendliest person, and has the biggest smile of anyone in Nuevo. The food is good, but it is all over the map, as they say, as far as offerings. If I could give 0 stars for the one at Paradise Plaza in Nuevo Vallarta, I would. The pizza smelled weird and tasted terrible. It was like they put thick gooey white cheese (not mozerella) on a giant tortilla with no sauce. The fish and chips was ok. The best thing were the French fries. Some of the fish seemed raw and it was deep fried. Not sure how small pieces of fish could be deep fried and still raw. My friends salad hardly had any dressing on it.
