The Pink lemonade was a pleasant fusion of freshness and fragrance prefect for a warm evening.
To start off our culinary journey, I had the pleasant combination of sweet and savory. A ceviche with the perfect combination.
Then, we moved on to the main dishes. The splendid Dorado al pistache. With a pleasant mix of lemon grass cream perfectly combined with mahi mahi.
We finish off the culinary journey with a spectacular malva pudding. Such a fantastic and creamy delight.
All and all it was a magnificent evening between friends and we highly recommend Pezetarian for a lunch and a dinner and to take in the local San Pancho cuisine.

Read moreWe ate at Pezetarian on our last night (of 6) in San Pancho, and that was unfortunate for us. Hands down, it was the best meal we ate in San Pancho and Sayulita. Cocktails were heavenly, our appetizer (caprese salad) was something to write home about, and we recently visited Italy so that is saying something. The Mahi Mahi with pistachios was unforgettable, as was the Tuna. One child in our party had the chicken sandwich and loved it. Desserts were divine. We ate at the popular seafood restaurant across the way and found Pezetarian to be a world above and beyond. I can only assume that word hasn’t gotten out about Pezetarian, for once it does it will be impossible to get into. Top notch service, food, and drink.
