La Chalupa — Restaurant in San Francisco

Be careful with the dog they have inside the business, the dog bit my partner and the owners, manager, and waiters couldn't care less. They didn't even offer an apology, much less a discount or took responsibility for medical expenses.

After we went to the hospital to get a vaccine for my partner, they recommended to contact the San Pancho veterinarian to ask if the dog was vaccinated. Fortunately, the dog was vaccinated, but he told us that this is NOT THE FIRST TIME that the dog has bitten someone!! It is incredible that they continue to have him there exposing the patrons, especially the children.

Trying to get in touch with the restaurant has been a hassle since the number they have registered on Google is never available and they keep hanging up on us in the number they gave us to follow up. Overall a very bad experience, save yourselves from the bad treatment and terrible experience.

Tengan cuidado con el perro que tienen dentro del negocio, el perro mordió a mi pareja y a los dueños, gerente, meseros no les pudo importar menos. Ni siquiera una disculpa ofrecieron y mucho menos un descuento o hacerse responsables por los gastos médicos.

Después de que fuimos al hospital para que le pusieran una vacuna a mi pareja nos recomendaron contactar al veterinario de San Pancho para preguntarle si el perro estaba vacunado, afortunadamente estaba vacunado pero nos comentó que no es la primera vez que el perro ha mordido a algún comensal!! Es increíble que lo sigan teniendo ahí exponiendo a la clientela, en especial a los niños.

Tratar de llamar al restaurante ha sido un martirio ya que el número que tienen registrado en Google nunca está disponible y el número que nos dieron para dar seguimiento nos cuelgan cuando llamamos. En general una muy mala experiencia, ahórrense el mal trato y la mala...
