A few days ago a customer asked if they could have the nascar race played over the loud speaker, and they played it, yesterday someone asked if a Futbol game could be played over the loud speaker and they did. We asked today if they could play a game over the loud speaker, they said no we don't do that/ can't do that. We asked again a few minutes later sighting we've been here every day for the last five days, we are the only ones in the bar and you just did it a couple days ago with NASCAR and yesterday with futbol. They said those instances were different because they were "important games" yesterday was the Real Madrid game and the nascar was some 500 series, but I was watching an "important" game to me and i don't think they should be able to pick and choose what comes over the loud speaker, it should either be all or nothing, not arbitrarily choosing what is and isn't important enough to play. They denied our request four the second time. They usually play music over the loud speaker and all tv's are silent. After seeing NHL game we were charged two extra beers. After check up they accepted one beer was never on the bill (wanted to make some extra money I guess) but they were still trying to charge us second beer. The way of dealing with us was very rude. I asked them to check the cameras but they refused (why if they were so sure we did consume them??). After all, we were told they hope not to see us again at the place. Also, the response of the owner was: "If you refuse to pay for what you have consumed, you´re not a customer." Very unprofessional and unfriendly service. I’m sorry for changing my review from 5 stars to ZERO… This is the 8th year I’ve been visiting your place. Every year it’s harder and harder to watch NHL games with you. I understood when you were using Winnipeg Shaw boxes and they blacked the games out but now. Come on. You tell me you’ll put the game on then 30 mins before the game starts you say no.
