This was third time I went to This place and the waitress told me that they don’t have tables. I can understand that they are full but there was plenty of empty tables so I politely asked waitress that if they can provide these table and she was so rude and told me that I have to wait for 1 hour or don’t know till how she can’t promise . Such a rude and pathetic staff who doesn’t know how to speak and how to talk with their customers. Don’t go if you don’t want to...

I came to this place thinking it was a good choice. Well it didn’t last long. I’m so disappointed on their food quality. wings were sooo dried and it seemed that the wings were already cooked hours prior me ordering them, it tasted really bad, their prices are so jacked up compared to other places within their vicinity.

El servicio de este restaurante fue una decepción desde el principio. Al llegar, tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para que alguien nos asignara una mesa, y una vez sentados, tardaron aún más en tomarnos la orden. La espera para que llegara la comida fue desesperante, al punto que nos cuestionamos si valía la pena seguir allí. Es cierto que la comida está buena, pero honestamente, no justifica en absoluto el tiempo que se pierde esperando. Además, no hubo ninguna disculpa ni explicación por la demora, lo cual demuestra una grave falta de atención al cliente.

El ambiente es simplemente aceptable, nada que destaque ni que lo haga especial o memorable. Si bien es relativamente agradable, no compensa la falta de eficiencia y profesionalismo del servicio. En general, la experiencia fue frustrante y dejó un mal sabor de boca, más allá de los platillos. Este lugar necesita urgentemente mejorar en muchos aspectos, especialmente en el servicio al cliente y en la organización. No recomendaría visitarlo a menos que estén dispuestos a sacrificar tiempo y paciencia.

Nota aparte: Al momento de escribir esta opinión, ya llevo más de una hora esperando que me traigan la comida, lo que confirma lo ineficiente que es el servicio. Una experiencia verdaderamente...
