Cerveceria is amazing for what it is. This isn't a high end place, but the food and drinks are great. Best of all, everything costs $23MXN (just over $1 US). They truly mean everything! Full size beers (Corona, Victoria, Modelo, and more) all $23 pesos! The food items are small, but delicious! It makes for a great mix-and-match type meal. You can have a steak (aracherra) quesadilla with a shrimp taco and chicken burrito and it will still be less than a dinner at most other places. I have been to many Chapultepec bars all throughout Mexico but unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and the worst part is that it was on my birthday. After a long day of sight seeing throughout beautiful Oaxaca, my family and I decided to get a drink before closing time. I have never been so discriminated against in my life. I don't know if they don't like foreigners or if we just happened to get the worst servers that day. The security guy, a heavy set overweight tallish man, was extremely rude and definitely discriminating...

Good selection of beer and mezcal, though their e-menu needs to be updated as many of the beers listed were not available. Since the selection is so extensive, it was a little annoying to browse on a phone.

Had the house tabala and an IPA from Guadalajara, both were delicious.

Would have given 5 stars, but was sat at a table on a significant slant so was hard to get comfortable. Would have stayed longer otherwise.
