Nice food, well presented, reasonable price for full service. Pleasant environment. The usual Mexican oddities though; in spite of upscale atmosphere and attentive staff, there was no salt provided, one napkin, and the consomé de mariscos included half a small hardshell crab with no way to crack the hard shell and one mussel closed tighter than... I managed to crack the mussel on the placemat with the handle of my knife though - but not without spraying consomé everywhere with the first blow. Good times! Used my one napkin to mop everything up and left it in the bowl. Waiter duly took it away, but did not see fit to provide another napkin with my entré. Asking produced a handy rack of them, but seriously, should I have to ask? I guess I've been spoiled by the excellent cocina economica two blocks away, which manages to anticipate everyone's needs despite a hectic pace of pickup and delivery orders and tight staffing - for about 1/3 the price. Still, an enjoyable meal not available at any cocina economica I know of, topped off with a nice bowl of ice cream for desert. Yes, I tipped anyway. Nice people....

Ni acabé mi cóctel de mariscos que ya me traían mi plato fuerte. Éste último era un filete delgado asado, llevado en un gran plato inútil porque dejaba las cosas servidas perdidas adentro y sobretodo, como la porcelana no era calentada previamente, se me llegó frío. ERA un pescado bien cocido, y quitó el enfriamiento por contacto con el plato mucho del sabor del dorado. Los meseros son medio amable y tienden a ser pesados y rudos en su manera de entregar los platillos. Si les aburre servir, hay otros trabajos disponibles...
