We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking in the area, the people don’t speak much English but a nice diner helped us translate! It was my first time having castacan tacos. The pork reminded me of the crispy pork we have in chinese dishes, and the familiar texture made me enjoy the dish more! I’d recommend the castacan tacos 100%, or have it in a torta.
