Restaurante Ommi — Restaurant in Progreso

This is a message to your owner. Your place has so much potential, you are wasting a great opportunity to have a special place in Progreso. We have eaten here many times and AWLAYS have to ask for the music to be turned down. You are not a disco, you have this beautiful, stunning location and building that truly special. Also, you have invested all this money and energy for this restaurant's appearance but you can't afford to have the staff clean the bathroom? The bathroom always smells like a cheap bar bathroom in a bad part of town. It's disgusting to say the least. We ate there yesterday and my wife would not use it. She left the table and walked over to Barlaventos to use the bathroom. On top of that, your sink near the bathroom has a few drops of water that comes out making it hard to wash your hands. Soap and water are free and mops are cheap. I guarantee you are losing business because of a things that are simple to fix. Walk around and look at the competition, you will not find any nice restaurants with bathrooms so disgusting. Your staff is friendly and obviously they are trying. Train them to play music that is relaxing, not loud and allows customers to actually hear each other when enjoying your environment. And PLEASE CLEAN YOUR DISGUSTING...

Ommi has a friendly, unhurried atmosphere, and as one can see, they have a little of everything on the menu. Their red and green sauces taste vibrant and fresh. As vegetarians, we appreciated some meatless options on the menu, particularly the enfrijoladas, the (deep fried!) empanada de queso, and burrito de vegetales. The prices are also quite reasonable, making everything much more pleasant than a restaurant on...

Fuimos a pasar la fiesta de fin de año, el lugar está agradable para las fotografías está increíble y se ve hermoso, la comida esta rica y la atención del gerente es increíble, super atento y siempre preguntando como esta todo, no se si es de las primeras veces que hacen los eventos pero siento que falto comunicación en el mensaje que nos enviaron

Porque nos dijeron al contratar el paquete que había salmón, y que darían brindis para las 12, sin embargo al solicitar las comidas dijeron que no era salon solo pescado empapelado (el cual estaba delicioso por cierto) justo 1 minuto antes de las 12 preguntamos y dijeron que no darían brindis , lo bueno es que llevábamos una botella y nos dejaron abrirla ahí y hasta nos dieron copas

Solo cambiaría que respetarán lo que se ofrece o que sean muy sinceros para poder saber bien sobre que esperar. De ahí en fuera todo excelente. Buena música, buen ambiente la mesera pasaba cada cierto tiempo para dar shots de un licor muy rico

El paquete que compramos de la cena estaba en $550 con bebidas aparte Solo tienen 1 baño de mujeres y 1 de hombres, sería bueno tratar de poner al menos otro sanitario de mujeres ya que a veces esperaban
