Starbucks — Restaurant in Puebla

Wow! Cuando me piden actualizar mis comentarios solo puedo decir que sigue siendo uno de los mejores Starbucks en cuanto a calidad y servicio que he visitado!

Claro que lo continuaré recomendando!

Como en cualquier franquicia, hay buenas y malas.

Esta es una de las buenas franquicias que destaca por su buen servicio.

El lugar. Espacioso, con medidas COVID19 para mantenerte a salvo. Amplio, bien distribuido, bien organizado, en estos tiempos de pandemia, se agradece..

Variedad. Muy bien, como siempre conocemos a Starbucks.

El personal. Bien entrenado, atento y servicial.

Precios. Lo considero alto pero bueno es Starbucks.

As in any franchise, there are good ones and there are bad ones.

This is one of the good franchises that stands out for its good service.

The place. Spacious, with COVID19 measures to keep you safe. Wide, well distributed, well organized, in these times of pandemic, it is appreciated.

Variety. Alright, as we always know Starbucks.

The staff. Well trained, caring and helpful.

Prices. I consider it high but good is Starbucks.

Stay from this Starbucks, if you are ever in this area - they do not know (nor do they care to know) how to properly prepare coffee, the establishment is usually filled with rude clients ('groseros' - who say horrifying groserias / curse words). Entre al establecimiento el día Viernes 29 de Octubre del 2021 alrededor del medio dia y la verdad fue de las experiencias mas anormales que e tenido en un Starbucks. El personal estaba "jugando" y no poniendo atención a lo que decía o preguntaba. Además de eso no tenían una bebida que en todos los demás establecimientos si tienen y siempre. Para rematar pedí mi Latte Helado con un shot de jarabe de vainilla y no se lo pusieron y la verdad no me percate de eso ya hasta que estaba en la recta a la altura del puente de la UDLAP y cuando ví mi app ví que si me lo cobraron. Y por último algo que si me molestó fue que se tardaron 8 minutos en entregar las bebidas que ordene que fueron dos. Que para un Starbucks tardarse mas de 3 o 4 minutos ya es mucho.
