I went for el volcán and wow… easily one of the best things I’ve had in Puebla. Crispy, cheesy, packed with meat, and that perfect hit of guacamole on top — it’s messy, it’s huge, and it’s absolutely delicious. Definitely not something you eat with elegance, but that’s part of the fun.

The service is super quick, the vibe is lively, and you can literally watch your food being built in front of you. It feels authentic and energetic, like street food turned into a full-on experience.

These addicting tacos are the spot here. Fasting then protein...yes, thank you, more please. Everyone, their moms, children, and dogs will be here so be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. The entire experience is a performance with an open kitchen, cooks, cashiers, and lines of people. Once you get that first taco...or first three you will wonder why you ordered so little and then you ask for more because your mouth is watering and then you wait again...and wait...and wait and watch the performance.

This place was amazing. Great street taco place that isn’t on the street. It has great parking. And the tacos are amazing. I went with a large group and they took amazing care of us. Food is made right in front of you and the juices are fresh. I think I tried almost all the tacos on the menu. Loved the...
