Barista seemed incredibly knowledgeable and very obviously knew what he was doing with this coffee. Amazing espresso. They apparently do a different bean everyday but I might be mistaken however this is clearly a place for enthusiasts or people who want the good brew to know what that tastes like. Very friendly and nice coffee bar atmosphere in a small space but for the cup its worth. Let me know everything about the bean and the flavors you will be experiencing alongside providing data about the bean on a card. Customary in enthusiasts level coffee bars but it was very nice especially for a place that seems to switch beans consistently. I visited Queretaro for the second time, first in 2022 and then at the end of 2024. This spot was definitely one of the places I was most looking forward to going back to! The whole experience was amazing. The coffee is among the best I've had and that includes the couple of years I worked in coffee. The place is very intimate and has great atmosphere and the baristas really not only provide excellent service and knowledge but they tie the whole experience together. Both times El Apapacho was a highlight of my trip to Queretaro and they definitely earn their spot in the historic Centro.

Apapacho é um daqueles lugares que você ouve e deseja conhecer. Vale a pena fazer uma breve estadia em Queretaro.

O café está localizado no centro da cidade, então eu recomendo chegar de transporte alternativo, não de carro, pois é um incômodo chegar aonde estacionar.

O local é um espaço muito pequeno que eles distribuíram para dar um toque de conforto e natureza, há um bar alto com bancos e duas pequenas barras dobráveis, a luz está fraca . à noite, decidi ir, eles estavam assando café, de modo que o aroma inundou o pequeno espaço.

Eu pedi um café latte e um expresso duplo em momentos diferentes e um pan de muerto. Água está sempre à mão. Gostei do cuidado que eles dão ao corpo do café e os preços parecem bons de acordo com a região.

A atenção é boa e personalizada. Exatamente o que eu esperava de lá.

Eles têm sanitário limpo, bicicletário e serviço wifi.

El café esta situado en el centro de la ciudad por lo que recomiendo llegar en transporte alterno, no auto ya que es un fastidio conseguir dónde estacionarse.

El lugar es un espacio muy pequeño que han sabido distribuir para darle un toque de comodidad y naturaleza, hay una barra alta con bancos y dos pequeñas barras plegables más. la luz es tenue y por la tarde noche que decidí ir estaban tostando café por lo que el aroma inundaba el pequeño espacio.

Pedí un café latte y un espresso doble en diferentes momentos y un pan muerto para acompañar. El agua está siempre a mano. Me gustó la atención que le dan al cuerpo del café y los precios se ven bien según la zona.

La atención es buena y personalizada. Justo lo que esperaba de allí.
