Black Pig — Restaurant in Querétaro

Wow! I mean, when did I eat a burger for breakfast, but this one got me really tempted. It was definitely one of the best I had in a while. :) Also, since I came early morning, not many guests were around so I was able to have a nice chat with chef Gerardo, the owner of Black Pig. I learned about his attitude towards cooking, and his ideals - always using the freshest ingredients and offer his guests an unique taste they would love. I definitely did! What a shame I was here only for a night. I would definitely come back at any time… (PS: Ask for his ever-changing speciality burgers! Mine...

Loved this place. I had the black pig burger, very different from any burger I’ve tried in the past, but the flavors worked very well together, I was impressed. My girlfriend got the Cajun rub wings and also loved them. We shared the black pig nachos which were one of my favorite nachos I’ve had. We also shared the “not an apple pie” which was an interesting take on apple pie but was very delicious! Everything was great and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Also loved the music they played. This would be a regular place for us if we lived here....

I am visiting Queretaro for the purpose of considering moving here some day. I happened to be walking down Reforma when i saw the big sign for The Black Pig. I have been here for 10 days and a burger sounded like a great idea.

I must say this is one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. I had the Hampshire based on Geraldo's (the owner) advice.
