Tortas Willy's — Restaurant in Querétaro

The lady at the register robbed me of 100 pesos. I was there solo and had the need to break a 200 peso bill which is why I gave it. The lady at the register took the bill and told me she didn’t have enough change to wait a minute. Then she disappeared. I asked another employee where my change was and she told me my help went to the restroom and would be right back. Once back I asked again. The lady told me “no it was a 100” then showed me the register to prove no 200 bills were present. I don’t have command of the language so she had me. Although I know she took it with her to the John. It’s too bad because the torta was awesome and all the other employees were polite and efficient. Pésima atención y pésimo servicio.. siendo extranjero no sabía que era el queso de puerco,(me imaginaba que era un tipo de queso) . Y la cajera SUPER GROSERA responde "pues el queso de puerco es queso de puerco" . Que respuesta es esa????? Si no les gusta la atención al cliente pues cambien de trabajo. Yo, siendo también hostelero, recomiendo MUY vivamente a Los dueños que actualizen el staff porque así van a perder clientes, y muchos. Miren nomás la cantidad de reseñas feas que tiene ese lugar.. yo estoy seguro de que si siguen trabajando es por el simple hecho de que el local está en una calle muy transitada.
