Vips Querétaro Centro — Restaurant in Querétaro

My recent visit to Vips Centro Querétaro, was disappointing. The ambiance of the restaurant gave off a sense of neglect, as if its best days were long gone. The lack of a warm welcome was immediately noticeable. No one greeted us upon arrival, and our interaction with the staff was minimal and far from hospitable. Our waiter exchanged merely a few words throughout our entire meal and did not bother to check on us at any point. This lack of attention was further highlighted when it was time to pay. I found myself having to approach the front desk to settle the bill, as no one came to our table with it. Astonishingly, despite the underwhelming service, they had the audacity to suggest a tip. Can't go wrong when eating at Vips. Quality of food is very consistent no matter which one you go to and this one is no exception. Excellent food and even better service. I've had just about everything in the menu and I highly recommend the "enchiladas suizas" (one of the main dishes they are well known for) and if you are looking for something lighter, just go with the "molletes". If you want to add a little meat to them, I suggest get the ones with "chorizo" or mix and match them. Their milkshakes are thick and even the simplest one "vanilla" has a gentle drizzle of "dulce de cajeta" which just takes the flavor to a new level and not just "another...

Desayuno este semana, hot cakes malo. They couldn't give me a caffe latte, because machine was out of order. Slow service. Attempt to get a cafe con leche failed, took forever, the got 3/4s cup of milk with 1/4 cup of coffee. Took forever to get that replaced. Waitress seemed to be confused that I wanted coffee with milk, NOT coffee with cream. Took too long to get maple syrup also.

Earlier in the week I had pollo Milanese. It was too crispy, and chicken not the highest quality. Also, too few fries.
