Casa Mía — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

Casa Mia was by far our favorite restaurant in Grabd moon palace resort. We had an amazing food experience there. We were greeted pleasantly and got a seat right away. Adrian quickly understood our food restrictions and suggested drinks and meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Food was beautifully presented and Adrian explained each dish nicely. Veggie Tamales with roated Cauliflower were beyond delicious. We have never tasted such flavorful green sauce before. We trusted him with drink suggestions and he didn't disappoint. Best drink we had at the resort. We even asked him to make a to go glass for us. The dessert menu was not very impressive and while we were planning to skip sweets, Adrian nsisted we try something off the menu and we were again blown away. Kids insisted we come back for dinner...

We waited over 2 hours for our food, and only received it after raising a complaint. Even then, the hanger steak in the kids’ meal was barely cooked—completely unacceptable. We couldn’t afford to wait any longer after already wasting two hours, so we had to leave it as is.

I spoke to both the server and the manager, but neither offered any meaningful resolution. All I got was a dismissive “let me check,” and no one took responsibility or offered a proper apology.

If the food is that late—or worse, served undercooked—a sincere apology should be the first step, not an afterthought. This was a highly disappointing experience, and it felt like our concerns were completely...

The food is delicious in a perfect portion hands up, to the chef ! The server is amazing, we where impressed in all the dishes that Miguel recommend on us , and we make sure to make him happy after hour dinner .
