Playa Moon Palace @Nizuc — Attraction in Quintana Roo

We had an amazing family vacation here and highly recommend! Service is top notch! We love the resort credits (the spa is magnificent!!) and the manicure/pedicures included for members. We were able to come with a member to see the benefits first hand. The ocean water is brown and there was a lot of seaweed but Moon Palace has their own trucks and diligently worked to remove it and then the smell went away. We typically love staying on the north side of Cancun for the beautiful blue water but the food and service here made it a tie. During our stay our daughter misplaced her Airpods and they worked tirelessly to help us find them (they did!). We are very grateful for Alejandra (helped booking our excursion, spa appointments, pedicures, etc) with a smile even though we were impatient with the process. Miguel at the pool was always helpful with a smile and drinks/food. Christopher and Jose(?) at the main Nizuc bar were great at making my favorite Mescalita (margarita with the smokey mescal tequila). Thank you...

On this trip we stayed at sunrise, but went over to Nizuc for the evening show. My only, maybe not complaint, but wish, would be that the shows get changed up more often. After you've seen each show at least once, you kind of run out of night...
