La Hacienda — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

We tried the Mexican restaurant on our first night at the resort. Normally, it doesn’t require a booking, but due to a large seminar taking place at the resort, reservations were required during our visit. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The dessert and welcome drinks stood out as the best part of the meal, while the appetizer was okay. The tacos, however, were the same ones served throughout the resort, so there was nothing particularly special about them. That said, the decor, atmosphere, and ambiance of the restaurant were unique and enjoyable, giving it a different vibe compared to other dining spots at the resort.

This restaurant is worth trying, especially if you’re looking for a casual dining option that doesn’t typically require reservations. While the food wasn’t extraordinary, the overall ambiance and ease of access make it a nice spot...

Worst experience in my life, slow service, very bad tacos, 1 hour and a half to be attended, never come back...

Se requiere venir de 6 a 7 o hay que esperar una hora para que te atiendan, esta regular la comida mejor que el buffet recomiendo tacos baja y burrito de camarón, se requiere tengan más espacio, el buffet que es el lugar alternativo si no quieren esperar esta sin clima incómodo para comer...
