Panda Express — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

I recently ate here on my way home to BWI. I thought it was going to be a quick food stop. Terrible choice, because I asked the server to scoop from the bottom where the meat was hotter and more fresh, she immediately frowned at me and looked agitated. I then went to pay with the cashier and she (Maria) was even worse. She wasn't paying attention when I asked her about where can I swipe my card. I then tried to tap it myself and when she saw my card did not take on the first tap she snatched it out my hand and proceeded to insert the card in the machine. Her coworker next to her laughed and put her head down. I have never had such a crazy experience at a Panda, but I was flying international so I will think twice before returning especially since it seemed...

I barely post any reviews but the lady at the cashier was extremely rude. Feels like she hates me for ordering food there.

First, I was standing in the line and when it was my turn she did not come over to get my order, instead she was chatting with her coworker. Then when I was ordering she did not understand my English well and yelled at me “what side do you want!” After that, when I was paying by cash, I put the bills on the counter but she didn’t take it or even look at me. When I said “here’re the bills”, she gave me some attitudes then ordered me to “put the money on my hand to show me respect!” Wow sure madam… maybe you were having a bad day. I hope one day you find a job you like and start treating others with the kind of respect you were...

My first time trying panda express and the experience I had at the airport panda express I will never forget! Her actions shows she doesn’t respect African Americans at all. I was placing my order with a heavy set lady at the counter , i asked to taste the orange chicken to see if I would like it. She raised her voice at me and said “its sour and sweet”. I said “i would like to taste it”. The chicken was good so i said i want that one. She ignored me and told the caucasian lady behind me that she can take her order. I told the worker “ma’am i haven’t ordered yet” she yelled and said what do you want. After that i walked away. I would never eat there or any panda express...
