I ordered tacos and was told it would take 15 minutes so I asked for chips and salsa and was told it would take 5 minutes. I sat down and after 10+ minutes passed, I asked about the chips and was told “not to worry”. The tacos came cold and weren’t very good, considering they were almost $17 for three tacos when you can get amazing tacos on the street. And the chips and salsa came at the same time as the tacos which defeated the purpose of ordering them... I get that they don’t have to care bc they have enough foot traffic. We stopped here right after landing at the airport, and what a mistake that was. The drinks were listed at one price but when the bill came, we were charged $45—far more than expected. To make matters worse, our server seemed to panic when we asked to split the bill, claiming it couldn't be done, which rushed us into paying without time to think. This place preys on travelers who are tired and unfamiliar, taking advantage of the confusion right after getting off a flight. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you don’t want to...

AVOID! We arrived in Mexico and had a little time before our shuttle to the resort. My son bought 6 or 8 beers (in cans) and paid around 700 pesos (around $49 Canadian). I didn't have pesos so I used my credit card. I bought two beers (in cans) and two margaritas in plastic disposable cups. My credit card bill arrived today and the charge is $152.71 Canadian!
